How SYG International collects, uses and protects your personal data.
Who we are
This website, www.sygdubai.com, is operated by SYG International, a financial, banking services and investment consultancy registered in the Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, with its office at Exchange Tower, Business Bay, Dubai. In this policy, “SYG”, “we” and “us” mean SYG International.
This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and when you contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
What we collect
- Information you send us. When you use the enquiry form or email us, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, company, email address, phone number, the type and amount of funding you are looking for, and any information about your business. The form sends these details to us by email through our web server and our email delivery provider; the website itself does not keep a copy.
- Spam protection. To stop automated spam, our server keeps a one-way coded (hashed) form of your internet address for about an hour to limit how many enquiries can be sent from one connection. It cannot be used to identify you and is not used for anything else.
- Information shared during a mandate. If you engage us, you may share financial statements, bank statements, company documents and identification documents of shareholders and signatories so that we can prepare your funding request.
- Website usage data. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about how you use this website, such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the type of device and browser you use, and your approximate location (city or country level).
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss your funding needs.
- To assess, structure and prepare funding requests when you engage us.
- To present your request to banks, fintechs, private lenders or investors, only with your agreement.
- To understand how visitors use this website and improve it (analytics, only with your consent).
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Funding partners. Banks, fintechs, private lenders and investors that we approach on your behalf. We share your information with them only with your agreement and only as needed for your funding request. Each funder handles your data under its own privacy policy.
- Service providers. Companies that help us run our business, such as our email and website hosting providers, Brevo, which delivers enquiry-form emails to us, and Google, which provides Google Analytics.
- Authorities. Government or regulatory bodies where the law requires us to.
Some of these providers, including Google and Brevo, may process data outside the UAE. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers put in place for international transfers.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses Google Analytics to measure visits. Analytics cookies are only set if you choose “Accept analytics” in the cookie banner. If you decline, or make no choice, no analytics cookies are placed on your device.

We also store your cookie choice in your browser so we do not ask again on each visit. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page, or by clearing cookies and site data in your browser.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the duration of our engagement and any period required by law afterwards. Analytics data is kept in Google Analytics for the retention period set in our account, after which it is deleted automatically.
How we protect it
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please avoid sending highly sensitive documents by ordinary email unless we have agreed a secure method with you.
Your rights
Subject to the law, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and provide a copy;
- correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- delete your information where we no longer need it;
- stop or restrict certain processing, including withdrawing your consent to analytics at any time.
